Dining Gift Vouchers

1. eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to be valid and may not be redeemable immediately after purchase.  

2. Vouchers can be used for either dine-in or takeaway food & drink purchases. Vouchers may not be used for merchandise or to purchase other vouchers. Please present this voucher to staff upon arrival or when ordering your takeaway.  

3. This voucher may not be copied or digitally reproduced. Only original vouchers issued by DenDeke Japanese Bar & Dining will be accepted. 

4. Vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for single transactions at DenDeke Japanese Bar & Dining; any unused vouncher amount will not be refunded in cash or credit. Multiple vouchers may be redeemed on a single occasion. 

5.  Vouchers and purchases made with vouchers are not redeemable or refundable in cash and are not replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen. 

6.  Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within that period. After 36 months the voucher will be void.

 7.  DenDeke Japanese Bar & Dining reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 

8.  Gift Card transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe) and Now Book It do not have access to the full credit card number.  

9.  By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
